Shipping & Returns
Creation
To avoid waste, we make all items to order. Pending waitlists, please allow 4-6 weeks to create your piece. If you need your item sooner please contact us to check availability.
International shipping
International orders should arrive in around 10 business days after shipping, however please allow up to 3 weeks in the case of delays. International customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees applicable to your delivery.
Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is your responsibility to inform us if your order does not arrive, and once informed we will lodge enquiries with the courier service to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes except under special circumstances.
Returns
As each piece is hand-made and by its very nature unique, there will be slight variations in form and colour. All efforts are made to accurately describe and photograph each unique piece however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will happily refund the purchase price, not including shipping costs, if you return the item within 7 days, undamaged and unused.
Each item will be packed carefully but if unfortunately your piece(s) arrives broken, please photograph the broken pieces and the box and contact us straight away. If possible we will replace it with a similar item otherwise we will refund the purchase price.
Repair
We offer a one-year limited warranty for all our pieces. For any issues that arise within that time frame, please contact us and include your contact information, order number or your full name and date of purchase. You will then receive a repair quote or solution from us within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair requests.
Returns
Due to the bespoke or made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you have an issue, please contact us and let us know your circumstances. Each piece will be packed carefully but if unfortunately your piece(s) arrives broken, please photograph the broken pieces and the box and contact us straight away. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have size or material inquiries.
